Day 1: To Perrysburg, OH
Today we depart Ottawa traveling westward to the Detroit/Windsor Border as we continue on to our overnight accommodation at the Holiday Inn Express, Perrysburg, Ohio, or similar.
Day 2: To Nashville, TN
Our travels continue on to Nashville, where you will be spending the next three nights at the Deluxe Gaylord Opryland Resort Hotel. Tonight enjoy the musical production performed by the Radio City Rockettes at the Opry House. (B)
Day 3: Nashville, TN
This morning a local guide will provide us with a sightseeing tour to view many of Nashville’s historical and cultural sites. A Christmas Luncheon Cruise aboard the General Jackson Showboat offers a delightful meal and an outstanding show. Tonight we’ll claim our reserved seats at the Ryman Auditorium for the spectacular live country music performance at the world famous Grand Ole Opry - Radio’s longest running show for listeners all over North America. Day 4: Nashville, TN
This morning enjoy some leisure time visiting the Winter Wonderland at the Opryland Hotel including the Treasures Arts and Craft Show, the Hall of Trees and more. This afternoon visit Charlie Brown’s ICE Sculptures before enjoying Louise Mandrell’s Country Christmas Dinner and Show at the Opryland Resort Hotel. (D)
Day 5: To Pigeon Forge, TN
We travel today to the Smoky Mountains arriving in Pigeon Forge in the afternoon. Unpack, relax and let the fun and excitement begin. Tonight we’ll enjoy a southern buffet dinner and the Smith Brothers Christmas Show. Overnight the next three nights at the Hampton Inn & Suites. (D)
Day 6: Pigeon Forge, TN | Gatlinburg, TN
Today we will tour the Great Smoky Mountains with a local guide and enjoy some leisure time to explore the little alpine village of Gatlinburg. Tonight we will have a delicious dinner at the Applewood Farmhouse and Restaurant. Then, we are off to the Country Tonite Theatre, the perfect blend to Pigeon Forge’s best live country music show and the joyous celebration of Christmas. (B,D)
Day 7: Pigeon Forge, TN
This morning we start our Smoky Mountain day at the Blackwood Brothers Breakfast Show. Enjoy a bountiful breakfast then sit back and listen to the harmonious sounds of the Blackwood’s performing their signature gospel hits and country favourites. The excellent harmony will give you goose bumps and the finale will have you on your feet wanting more! This afternoon we’ll depart for Dollywood. The beauty and sparkle of more than three million twinkling lights combined with a variety of spectacular holiday entertainment and fun-filled yuletide, transform Dollywood into a Winter Wonderland for a traditional old-fashioned holiday celebration. Tonight we’ll enjoy the Hatfield & McCoys Dinner Show, Pigeon Forge’s newest and fun show. (B,D)
Day 8: Perrysburg, OH
Following breakfast we bid farewell to our friends in Tennessee and return to Perrysburg, Ohio our overnight at the Holiday Inn Express, or similar. (B)
Day 9: Ottawa, ON
With your toes still tapping and Christmas treasures in hand we are homeward bound today with many wonderful memories of a Country Christmas Celebration getaway. (B)A Valid Passport is required.
