Day 1: To Perrysburg, OH
Today we depart Ottawa towards the Windsor/Detroit border traveling to Perrysburg, Ohio where we will overnight at the Holiday Inn Express, or similar.
Day 2: To Nashville, TN
Our travels continue on to Nashville, where you will be spending the next three nights at the Deluxe Gaylord Opryland Resort Hotel. Tonight enjoy the musical production performed by the Radio City Rockettes at the Opry House. (B)
Day 3: Nashville, TN
This morning we’ll tour with a local guide, “Music City’s” historical and cultural landmarks, viewing the homes of many country and western stars, the Parthenon, the Wildhorse Saloon, Tootsies Bar and Music Row. We will board the General Jackson Showboat for a Country Christmas Luncheon. This 19th century steamboat, offers a delightful meal and an outstanding musical stage production. Tonight we’re off to claim
our reserved seats for the spectacular country music live performance at the world famous Grand Ole Opry - Radio’s longest running show for listeners all over North America.
Day 4: Nashville, TN
Enjoy a leisurely morning enjoying the Treasures for the Holidays Arts and Crafts Show and the Hall of Trees display at the hotel. Then spend some leisure time on your own with your shopping coupons at the Opry Mills Mall. Visit the Charlie Brown’s Christmas Ice Sculptures before enjoying a family style dinner and Louise Mandrell’s “The Gift” Show at the Opryland Resort Hotel. (D)
Day 5: To Perrysburg, OH
With our memories for the holidays aboard we retrace our journey to Perrysburg, Ohio for our overnight at the Holiday Inn Express, or similar.
Day 6: To Ottawa, ON
With your toes still tapping and souvenirs in hand, we’re homeward bound today making a stop at the Duty Free before crossing into Canada. Arrival in Ottawa early evening. (B)
