Day 1: To Kitchener, ON
Today we depart for the Kitchener Oktoberfest Festival, renowned for delicious German food, friendly people and lots of oompah pah and dance. We’ll overnight at the Best Western St. Jacobs Country Inn, for the next two nights. Unpack, relax and let the fun begin. Tonight you’ll enjoy a delicious dinner with live entertainment at a local “festhallen” Willkommen - the German word for “Welcome” is heard everywhere during Oktoberfest, with authentic Bavarian food, traditional folk dancers and lots of music to get everyone on their feet. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast this morning at the hotel. Today we will step back in time and tour “Mennonite Country” with a local guide. The picturesque Countryside Tour will allow stops in the village of St. Jacobs, the Outlet Mall for browsing and the Stone Crock Restaurant for a delicious lunch. Tonight prepare for another oompah pah evening of food, dance and festivities. (B,L,D)Day 3: To Ottawa, ON
Enjoy a full buffet breakfast and then it’s homeward bound with many memories of your Bavarian Adventure. (B)
