Day 1: To Perrysburg, OH
Today we depart Ottawa and travel towards the Windsor/Detroit border on-route to Perrysburg, Ohio where we will overnight at the Holiday Inn Express, or similar.
Day 2: To Chicago, IL
Our travels continue on to Chicago, a world-class city of tremendous cultural diversity and stunning architecture. We’ll overnight for the next three nights at the centrally located downtown Four Points by Sheraton Hotel, or similar. Enjoy a leisurely evening at the hotel. (B)
Day 3-4: Chicago, IL
During our visit we’ll tour with a local guide who will share in the historical and cultural landmarks. Spend some time shopping on the Magnificent Mile and explore four vertical malls. Discover Macy’s on State Street. At Chicago’s number one attraction, Navy Pier, you’ll find more than 50 acres of parks, gardens, shops, restaurants and attractions. Explore Chicago’s newest attraction - Millennium Park. Explore museums, enjoy a river cruise, visit the aquarium, take in a theatre production or shop ‘til you drop. The adventure is waiting for you to experience in Chicago. (B)
Day 5: To Perrysburg, OH
We depart the “Windy City” after lunch and retrace our journey back to Perrysburg for our overnight accommodation. Overnight at the Holiday Inn Express, or similar. (B)
Day 6: To Ottawa, ON
With your memories of Chicago, one of the best-loved American cities, and souvenirs in hand, we’re homeward bound today making a stop at the Duty Free before crossing into Canada. Arrival in Ottawa early evening. (B)
